  • How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. Just add the item(s) you want to purchase to your shopping bag. The shopping bag can be found at the top right corner. You may call or message us for assistance and we will walk you through the process of ordering.

  • When will my order be shipped?

We know that you want your items as soon as possible and we work diligently to get your orders to you. All orders are shipped withing 1-2 business days.

  • When will my order be delivered?

After your order has been processed and shipped delivery is normally 1-3 business days to rural metro areas. Some areas may be longer. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping time-frames are not guaranteed and should be used as a estimate of when to expect your package. We do not guarantee you when you'll receive your order.

Express Priority Mail are normally delivered within 1-2 business days. All Express Priority Mail require signature, so an adult must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the package.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for 1 of 3 reasons. We believe in transparency and valued your business and will always let you know the reason your order was cancelled.

1. Your billing and shipping address does not match. For security reasons, we do not ship orders with different billing and shipping address. Unless, the order was paid using PayPal your order will be cancelled.

2. We may be out of stock of the item you ordered. We do our best to keep an updated inventory management system, but there are times when our inventory is inaccurate.

3. Your order has been flagged as risky and similar to those of fraudulent orders. We value your business, but protecting our asset is our priority.

  • Why is my coupon code not working or how do I use my coupon code?

Your coupon code may have been expired or was used. All coupon code is good for a one time use ONLY. Please check your email for the expiration date.

Coupon code can be entered at checkout on the right on corner. In the event that you forgot to enter your coupon code you may email us your order number along with the coupon code and we'll be able to adjust your order.

  • When will a specific item be restocked?

We get emails from customers requesting restock information, but we usually don't have restock information until items arrive, if they are restocked at all. We like to keep the flow of new merchandise constantly coming in, therefore, restocks are sometimes not available.

  • What is your return policy?
